YOUR HOA BOARD MINUTES

Minutes are maintained from each meeting of the Board and shared with homeowners in a timely manner following each HOA meeting.  Minutes provide a record of topics discussed and Board actions taken during each meeting. These are electronically mailed to all homeowners who have email services or sent through the postal services for those without email.  Board-approved minutes for the previous six months are also posted on the website and permanent records of all minutes are maintained in the HOA storage files.
