The Sonora HOA Finance Committee invites all homeowners to attend a budget discussion meeting to provide input regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 budget.

Meeting Details The purpose of this meeting is to gather homeowner comments and recommendations concerning the preliminary FY 2027 operating and reserve budgets that will be presented to the Sonora HOA Board of Directors at its meeting on November 10, 2026, for discussion and adoption of the annual budget and monthly assessments for the 2027 fiscal year.

Agenda Topics The meeting agenda will be limited to discussion of the proposed FY 2027 budget, including:

• Tree maintenance expenditures
• Tree removal and replacement planning
• Funding requirements for the Association's reserve accounts
• Assessment levels necessary to support operating and reserve fund requirements
• Other budget-related questions and comments from homeowners

Particular attention will be given to the funding needs of the Association's five reserve funds and the long-term financial planning. The Finance Committee values homeowner participation and encourages all interested members to attend and share their thoughts before the proposed budget is presented to the Board for consideration. To encourage a productive discussion, the Treasurer will provide copies of the preliminary FY 2027 budget that will be available prior to the meeting and/or at the meeting for member review. Members are encouraged to review the budget materials in advance and come prepared with questions or suggestions regarding operating expenses, reserve funding, and assessment levels.
