HOA Board
The Sonora HOA Board of Directors was established to oversee maintenance and preservation of the Sonora HOA properties, Lots 1 – 182, and to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the residents. It regulates adherence to the governing CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Homeowner Rules and Guidelines and uses fees collected from the homeowners to provide multiple services to all properties. Currently, the Board is comprised of five members who serve in the capacity of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and one At-Large member. Board members also oversee all HOA Committees.
